After inquiring, you’ll meet with Mary for a complementary consultation to chat about your vision. One and all are invited to this meeting — couples and parents alike. If the fit is aligned, a custom proposal will follow.
COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING
Once booked, planning begins. You can expect many touch-points with Mary throughout the months-long process, including meeting for venue walkthroughs, catering tastings, flower selection, and more. We’ll manage your timeline and budget, keeping both on track.

how much does wedding planning cost?
We craft a custom proposal for every wedding because each affair is so unique. Some elements that could influence our fee include the number of events within your wedding weekend that we are planning, the location of your wedding, the number of guests you want to invite, and more. So, while we can’t give you a generic rate without knowing your vision, we can share that our pricing is a flat fee based on elements of your celebration.
who will be working at my wedding?
Mary will be the lead planner of your wedding, though you’ll likely encounter her skilled assistants throughout wedding planning and on your wedding weekend as well. We accept a maximum of eight weddings each year to accommodate this high-touch level of service.
how do you handle decisions when the couple and the parents are involved?
We’re delighted to work with both our couples and their parents during the planning process and will include both parties when making decisions to find a solution amicable to everyone.
are you willing to travel?
Absolutely, we love to travel! Some of our best events have been held in destinations like Florida and Antigua. We will go wherever your love will take us! Please share your dream for a destination wedding with us in your inquiry so we can include travel fees with your proposal.
